Aside from the usual trade show and educational talks, this year’s expo will feature the inaugural Melbourne Coffee Festival in collaboration with Breville. The festival aims to connect coffee professionals and enthusiasts with industry experts to advance their skills and knowledge in the coffee world.
The Melbourne Coffee Festival, co-hosted by Breville, will offer attendees a chance to engage with the latest coffee equipment, attend tutorials by industry experts, and participate in hands-on coffee tastings and experiences. The festival will also include 12 masterclasses hosted by renowned Australian specialty coffee roasters.
Moreover, the festival will host daily latte art smackdowns and an Espresso Bar by The Bean Cartel, providing insights into upcoming industry trends and offering unique coffee-themed drinks.
One of the highlights of MICE2025 is the Product Innovation Awards, recognizing pioneers in specialty coffee across various categories. The Coffee Industry Heroes Awards will also honor individuals positively impacting the coffee community.
Attendees can look forward to the Café Owners Education Series, offering practical advice on operational efficiency, marketing, and sustainability. Additionally, the GCR Down Under Leaders Symposium will delve into global coffee industry challenges and their impact on the Australian market.
MICE2025 will feature a trade show with prominent roasters, coffee brands, and international companies showcasing their latest products. Brands like Breville, Lelit, Baratza, and Beanz will present their specialty coffee solutions at the event.
