SELECTION: Our Jamaica Blue coffee varieties boast world-class beans, meticulously handpicked from the best coffee-growing regions worldwide. Among these is the breathtaking Blue Mountains of Jamaica, renowned for producing some of the world’s most exceptional coffee.
PREPARATION: Our state-of-the-art roasting plant in Melbourne receives fresh green coffee beans in traditional hessian sacks and wooden barrels. The facility is fully automated, ensuring the beans remain untouched by human hands and free from contamination. Every speck of debris, including minute rocks, twigs, or beans that don’t meet our size or weight standards, is diligently removed.
ROASTING: Once filtered, the green beans are introduced to a 350-degree heat in our roasting machines. This process is closely monitored and controlled down to the second to ensure perfection. The coffee then rests for three to four days, allowing the unique Jamaica Blue flavour to stabilize and fully develop.
