To prepare your cleansing coffee solution:
– In a non-aluminum saucepan, add 4 cups of filtered or distilled water.
– Add 3 rounded tablespoons of finely ground Organic Enema Coffee and stir.
– Bring to a boil and maintain for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
– Cover and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
– Remove from heat and let the coffee cool to room temperature.
– Strain the coffee through a fine sieve to remove any grounds.
– Transfer the liquid into your enema bag and perform the enema as per usual instructions.
